It's my third, coming fourth year with BlueHost. It was referred to me by Stuart Tan whose blogging seminar I attended back in 2007, and up till today, I'm still using their services. No crashes as of yet (maybe I didn't even notice) and they are quick to respond to any questions or problems I have via email/livechat. If we do some simple research, BlueHost is ranked 5th in webhosting so far, but I didn't really like the ranking 1-5 as I find that they usually stop short of what BlueHost offers me in terms of features and benefits.
